Ayurveda
“Ayurveda is a way of life, of living in harmony with nature.
By learning Ayurveda, you can create a beautiful balance between the body, mind and consciousness. This balanced life is a happy life, a highly spiritual life and brings inner wonder, inner awareness, and inner purity.
When we change our attitudes and our perceptions,
our whole lives will become a wonderful journey.”

Call me an Ayurveda Junkie ;-)
After my first Ayurveda massage 18 years ago in Germany, I was so amazed by its positive effects, that I soon booked a 10 days course to learn this massage technique myself.
What a destiny to live now in the land of Ayurveda, where the daily rice and curry is based on Ayurvedic nutrition.
Soon I will add a professional education to my Ayurveda knowledge, looking forward to advise our retreat guests with some Ayurveda wisdom.

Elke's First Dosha Test
I was very curious but also very skeptical before I had my appointment with the Sri Lankan Ayurveda doctor. Well, it was a total eye opener for me.

Now I understood, why I don’t like orange juice in the morning and why papaya juice is better for me. I understood, why I love pumpkin and why I need less sleep then my friend.
This information reduced insecurity and improved to approve of myself. I am unique, I am special – everybody is.

Enjoy your free dosha test – it can be a lot of fun to do ;-).

Take care,
