All Coaching Sessions will take place either in Niyagama House (Galle, Sri Lanka), online or another perfect place that we agreed on.
Billing by the Hour
120 USD / hour (incl. VAT)
Before the session we will agree upon how much time we will spend with the coaching.
A session lasts at least an hour and a maximum of three hours. In the end, only the time that we actually needed is calculated.

2. Inherent Part in all
Inner Wisdom Retreats
One week full of yoga, medi-tation, guided self-reflection and coaching in the form of group sessions.
We will approach emotions and challenges in a pen-and-paper workshop style, in which you’ll write down your insights and solutions, sharing them just if you feel like it.
3. Your private Inner Wisdom Time-Out
Discover Your Potential during a 2 Nights Stay in Niyagama House
Combine personal coaching with relaxation, time for reflection, healthy food, a jump into the pool and maybe a massage and some yoga.
Arrival Day: We will have a 90 min coaching session in the afternoon to define the goal.
Main Day: Intensive coaching with 3 hours before and 2 hours after lunch.
Departure Day: An hour after breakfast to round up and envision the future.

Your magical "Flying Carpet"
When I was a small child (during the days without smartphones, internet and Google ;-), I had very often the same dream. It was not about a flying carpet – for this I would have been way too afraid ;-).
It was a flying bed, with safe railings around, so that I could not fall out. This bed could fly and when it did, it became invisible. So I explored many exciting places and could observe them from a safe place.
How does your magic flying carpet (or bed ;-) look like? You are the creator of your reality and it would be my greatest pleasure to help you explore and transform it.
